Here’s what you need to do: Before you start following the workaround. You need to make sure that Cortana Hey Cortana feature and Cortana Privacy settings is enabled. Here’s how you can do that: In the Start menu search, type Voice Activation Privacy settings and when it appears in search results, click to open it.
